Who We Are

CharactER Consulting, LLC is an organization that provides employee relations services to educational institutions, corporations, governments, and non-governmental organizations across the United States.

At CharactER Consulting, we help leaders build positive relationships with employees while protecting the organization from any liabilities. We are able to do this by providing training on policies and procedures, employment laws, as well as successfully investigate cases in harassment, discrimination, fraud, theft, and any matters that may potentially be a threat to the organization. In addition, we provide advice and counsel to leaders and their employees on how to effectively deal with various employee relations matters in an effort to create a harmonious environment.

CharactER Consulting creates cohesive environments for all stakeholders within the organization. Therefore, we formulate a training, development, and coaching plan for leaders where we teach leaders on how to build positive relationships with employees, all while effectively managing challenging ones to achieve productivity. Our conflict resolution technique is one where all employees involved can come together to be heard, but also put into action resolving the conflict. The aim is to improve all employees of the organization’s character. This in turn will improve the culture of the organization, as well as the organizational results.
